Rent Lapland collects personal data including name, contact details, date of birth, nationality, and driver's licence information solely for the purpose of processing vehicle rental bookings.
Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties except as required to process payments (Stripe) and send booking communications (Resend).
Driver's licence images are deleted 30 days after rental completion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
